This research investigates a quantum LiDAR system based on dual-time phase modulation, analyzing its performance advantages and fundamental system limits. The proposed approach addresses a key limitation of conventional single-photon-source-based quantum LiDAR, where the intrinsically low photon flux cannot be increased through optical amplification, resulting in high susceptibility to ambient background noise and limited detection performance.
