二維超導材料的合成與量子元件應用。主要工作是以化學氣相沈積法(CVD)生長高品質的 NbSe2 二維超導單晶,並透過轉移與微影製程,將其整合進奈米電路,製作成超導量子位元。研究重點包含材料結晶品質的優化、超導能隙與臨界溫度的調控,以及元件在低溫下的相干時間與量子操控特性,期望建立可擴展的二維材料量子位元平台。

The synthesis of two-dimensional superconducting materials and their applications in quantum devices. His primary work involves growing high-quality single-crystalline 2D NbSe2 superconductors via chemical vapor deposition (CVD), then integrating them into nanoscale circuits through transfer and lithography processes to fabricate superconducting qubits. Key research areas include optimizing crystal quality, tuning the superconducting gap and critical temperature, and characterizing device coherence times and quantum control properties at low temperatures, with the goal of establishing a scalable platform for 2D-material-based qubits.
